By starting with properly designed high-quality wood pallets (the only material that is reusable, repairable, and recyclable), repairs are made much easier, and therefore are more likely to be reused again and again. The repair process may require as little as replacing a single component or as much as completely disassembling the whole pallet where we salvage the sound components and use these in the remanufacturing process. All of these possibilities can return pallets to their original design, strength and durability.
